Voqal
A complete SaaS platform for AI-driven customer service, built from scratch. It takes incoming phone calls, answers in fluent Swedish, books callbacks and handles web chat on company websites.
It includes an admin dashboard, analytics, billing with automatic usage tracking, a CRM for lead handling and a chat widget that embeds on any site. All data processing happens within the EU under GDPR.

Bookkeeping
A web app for day-to-day bookkeeping. Describe a transaction, the app suggests the account and VAT treatment against the Swedish chart of accounts (including reverse charge for EU services), you confirm with one click. Runs Voqal AB’s own bookkeeping in production.
Outreach
A web app for B2B prospecting. Pick an industry and a city, and a batch of finished emails arrives every week, one per company worth contacting. You read them and choose which ones go out. Anything that does not hold up is stopped before it is sent. Runs Voqal’s own prospecting in production.
