Frequently asked questions
What happens when the daily call limit is reached?
On Small there is a grace period: calls 26–30 per day pass through (you are notified), from call 31 onwards calls are blocked and the customer is informed to call back. You can upgrade at any time to avoid interruption. Pro and Enterprise have unlimited calls.
How does the contract work?
Contract terms are agreed together when you choose a plan. We are confident Voqal delivers value — get in touch and we will walk you through what suits your business.
Are there any costs beyond the monthly fee?
On Small, 15 SEK per call is added for calls exceeding the daily quota (within the grace period). On Pro and Enterprise everything is included in the monthly fee. No hidden charges.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
